Leveraging Integration and Innovation to Improve Health and Social Care for All – Roundtable
Hosted by Together for Health in partnership with NHS South Central & West CSU and Appian, this roundtable will bring together senior leaders from across the health and care system to discuss the practicalities of delivering the vision set out in the ‘Integration and Innovation: working together to improve health and social care for all’ White Paper. More importantly, we will debate the future healthcare business model that will drive optimum patient outcomes.
We’ll be exploring the challenges of joining the dots up and how we can effect change relating to culture, processes, people and technology to enable stronger collaboration and integrated working. This peer-to peer discussion will challenge thinking, share learning and inspire news ideas as we re-imagine the future of health and social care for all.
The discussion will take place virtually on Thursday 24th June from 11:00 – 12:30.

The recently published ‘Integration and Innovation: working together to improve health and social care for all’ White Paper sets out the biggest NHS reforms in a decade.
At the heart of these proposals is the need to enable better integration and increased collaboration between professionals and organisations – both within the NHS itself, removing some of the cumbersome boundaries to make working together an organising principle. But also between the NHS and others who play a vital role in delivering health and wellbeing outcomes for local people – primarily local authorities.
With the number of people aged 75+ expected to grow by almost 60% over the next 20 years – and the number of people aged 65+ living with four or more diseases set to almost double by 2035, the core operating structure of healthcare will have to flex and change.
